Bernhard Solleder

Mr. Solleder is the Managing Director of Flow EMEA. He is responsible for the operational and financial performance of business in Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa.

An accomplished leader with an exceptional record of organizational leadership, he demonstrated success in both international business and market strategy development, and has extensive experience in commercial contract negotiations and execution.

Mr. Solleder brings with him over 25 years of professional experience and became a part of Flow in 2023. Prior to joining Flow, he occupied senior management roles focused on restructuring portfolio companies for a Private Equity investor. He also spearheaded the international sales organization for a German manufacturer, overseeing operations across 63 countries. Mr. Solleder played a pivotal role in Business Development for a prominent holding company in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, UAE, and held senior positions in Mergers & Acquisitions for Germany’s largest bank.

His educational background includes a Master of Economics degree from the University of Regensburg, Germany, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Murray State University.
